What is the minimum order quantity for fabric?
Our minimum order length is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can purchase fabric in increments of 0.1 meters to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
Do you offer fabric samples before I commit to a large purchase?
Yes, we offer sample swatches for most of our collections. You can order up to 10 swatches at a time for a small fee, which helps you feel the texture and verify the color before buying yardage.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return fabric if it has already been cut?
Because our fabrics are cut to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We highly recommend ordering a swatch first.
Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?
We are committed to ethical fashion. Many of our ranges include deadstock fabrics from high-end designers, organic cottons, and Oeko-Tex certified linens to minimize environmental impact.
Will the fabric colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
While we strive for color accuracy, different monitor settings and mobile screens can alter the appearance of hues. This is why we recommend ordering a sample swatch for color-critical projects.
