Flocked Dot Tulle - Ivory

A deadstock Polyester/Viscose tulle mesh in white. A featherweight fabric knitted in a oval shaped open mesh. The fabric has cute fuzzy flocked ivory polka dots scattered throughout the fabric. This fabric has some natural mechanical stretch due to the open structure, crisp drape and is completely sheer. Ideal for trims, millinery, feature panels, layered skirts and dresses or to use as support for voluminous styles.
