Peony Poppy Satin Backed Silk/Linen - Spring

A deadstock silk/linen in a spring like colourway. This beautifully woven lightweight fabric in has been created with a silk warp and linen weft, creating a bouncy fabric with slubs throughout. The reverse of the fabric has a lustrous satin finish, and the face a more granular, linen look. A semi-transparent fabric with no stretch and soft drape. The screenprint design is made up of a vibrant array of poppy and peony heads in pink, yellow and blue with green foliage on an ivory base.
