RWS Merino Blend Stretch Mesh - Ebony

A deadstock merino/poly/recycled nylon in ebony black. This beautiful lightweight fabric has been knitted in a 4 x 2 row repeat, alternating between a superfine sheer poly thread and 2 rows of merino, then on the front bed a singular needle of nylon looped in every 5 needles, creating a micro stripe / check pattern. A completely sheer, delicate fabric with good stretch.  Merino wool is an amazing trans-seasonal fabric thanks to its unique thermal properties. Merino wool fibres have a natural crimp, which traps air and acts as a fantastic insulator, while its moisture-wicking and odour-resistant properties draw sweat away from the skin, keeping you dry and comfortable. Merino is super soft due to its superfine, hypoallergenic fibre. A great machine washable choice for a variety of garments.
