A deadstock poly tulle with sequinned embroidery in blue and grey tones. This midweight fabric has been created with a classic tulle base, then embroidered in a tulip floral design with small round metallic sequins sewn onto the embroidery. The design has a blue embroidered background of trellis shapes. A completely sheer fabric with structured drape from the solid embroidered parts. A special fabric with no stretch and sparkly lustre.
